My rose dieta with Avalon was a life-changing journey that is ever-unfolding and is still creating ripples of magic in my life up to this day. I spent 15-days in solitude and silence, connecting to the wisdom of the White Rose and Huachuma, through simplicity, prayer, and ceremony. For me, this dieta was a big initiation into knowing my inner light and God-given gifts, and learning how to nurture myself so I can share this with the world around me.
Avalon is a wise, sweet, and powerful medicine woman. From voice lessons, to shamanic teachings, to guided meditations, to good-old joy and laughter, our journey together was a true gift.
As life has continued to unfold after our dieta together, I feel more connected to my intuition and inner wisdom, like an inner certainty that can no longer be ignored. I went back to school to follow my passion, and feel more confident in the path I am walking and the choices I am making than ever before.
I am eternally grateful for this path, for the benevolent plant teachers, and for Avalon as my guide, teacher, and friend.

I completed a 3 week Rose Dieta with Avalon in the Sacred Valley of Peru in August 2024 and it was one of, if not the most, transformative experiences of my life. She holds the spirit of the plants with such humility and grace and is an excellent, safe and powerful space holder, fully committed to the evolution and ascendance of her clients and all beings.
I am an incredibly sensitive person and was nervous for the trials that one experiences in Dieta, and Avalon supported me beyond all expectation. It was such a joy to connect with Rose and her medicine and my bond with her and my own spirituality has only strengthened through the twists and turns my life has taken since our Dieta. I very much hope to sit with Avalon and her medicina again someday soon.

The rose dieta with Avalon was deeply nourishing for my being. At first, I was afraid of how deeply the experience would take me, but Avalon’s flexibility, support, and love transformed all those fears, creating a safe space filled with pure medicine.
I don’t usually attend just any ceremony because I am very mindful of my sensitivity. But I trusted Avalon because of her deep connection to light and love through Wachuma, the roses, singing, and the subtle realms. I am deeply grateful to have been accompanied by her mastery.
After the dieta, I felt like a great rose queen sitting on her throne, and from there, I was able to make important decisions, such as letting go of habits that were no longer healthy for me and, above all, enjoying life more.

Avalon held me in a wachuma and rose ceremony in an absolutely beautiful way. With profound and honest prayers where all the elements involved.
We did an energy healing session, and i could feel a lot of energy being cleaned and moved out of my body, i could feel my guides an ancestors present and i could see her guides and ancestors working with her, a long line of Celtic healers speaking and singing with her.
It was a very powerful ceremony, that offered me very deep healing.

My ceremony with Avalon and the medicine of the Rose was a truly beautiful experience. From the start, I felt held in a safe and grounded container. Avalon walked me through each step of what to expect, which allowed me to feel fully informed and at ease as the ceremony unfolded.
Avalon's presence was deeply attuned and very connected to the Rose. It's clear she has real experience and skill in holding this kind of space. She moved intuitively, one step at a time, and nothing felt rehearsed or forced. Everything unfolded organically, guided by her connection to the medicine in the moment. She guided me through a very powerful visualization meditation that I really loved. Her voice and application of instruments is very special.
